Currently working on getting my Historical YA Fiction self-published with a view to not only having an e-book but also printed copies this time. I have had this published before as an e-book but I have removed this from market places and edited the manuscript further and believe it to be an even better book as a result. I first started writing The Children of the Isle in 2012 so it's been a long time in the works! If you love fantasy, historical fiction about Druids, Romans, Witches but also with a contemporary twist... and more, then watch this space!

Bio
L H Davies is a writer and maker with qualifications in the arts as well as other fields of interest at graduate and post graduate levels; she has also always written and drawn for pleasure. The Children of the Isle: Blood Lines is her first major project in fiction, but she aspires to write more. Over the years she has worked in various roles, regularly participating in the arts in one form or another which has also included creation of handmade poetry books and exhibition of work and sales.
L H Davies sometimes draws on some challenging experiences from her own life and weaves that energy into her work, knowing full well what it takes to rise above major difficulties. Her work mirrors many intense interests including for the esoteric, natural, spiritual, historical and mythical.
Originally from the South of England she is a mother, wife and avid explorer of the human story, regardless of time and background.
